Basic animation.. I was expecting for him to move but this is good too!

May I make a suggestion? Well, its probably for you frames duder, make the lightning come less quick because its too distracting.

I, myself, have animated before, I just haven't scanned the frames and they're at my dads and most of them are from when I was 15

Given that the entire point of the animation is the falling rain and lightning, I would say that the lightning is not at all distracting, since it's 50% of what the animation is composed of.

Very nice job. As usual, Strype's a cutie. I like the lighting effects, and the sunglasses For your first animation, this is damned good
