Begone this hate I harbor, Smite this wrath I hold
I refuse to be like this any longer, this pain is getting old And with this flame and knife, I burn and bleed to death All so my anger and hated won't draw another breath Burn me away in an a blaze of glory Boil the ink that courses through my heart Scatter my ashes to the wind It's time for my new start I will soon rebuild myself Around a pure, clean core And shine so bright with peace and light And be a beacon forevermore Sorry about the hiatus everyone. I've been kinda busy with work, and other distractions. But most importantly, I've been trying to give myself a bit of a fresh start. Trying to become a better person in general, you know? I'm sick of being the cruel one, the angry one, the one whose violent instincts bring pain to everyone. We all have the capacity to be what we want to be, at least that's what I believe. So, I want to be free Critique discouraged. I know where I could have done better, but my perfectionism has been stunting my ability to draw anything without throwing it out. |

We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. To help support the Literature community we hold regular contests. It is an opportunity for you to get involved and gain some exposure.
